BetterMe Keeps Charging Me via Iyzico Despite Canceling My Apple Subscription

I canceled my BetterMe subscription through Apple, yet I am still being charged every month through Iyzico. No matter what I do, the payments keep going through, and I can’t stop them. To make matters worse, when I try to cancel directly through the app, I get an error message saying, “Sorry, system error. Please try again later.” This is incredibly frustrating! There is no clear way to stop these unauthorized charges, and BetterMe is making it impossible for users to fully cancel their subscriptions. I demand an immediate cancellation and a refund for the payments I was wrongly charged. BetterMe, fix this issue and stop charging people unfairly!
