I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund, but I can't reach anyone from BetterMe or Iyzico. There’s no phone number to contact, and the subscription doesn’t even appear in my account, yet the charges continue. Despite my attempts to cancel, I’m still being charged, and this is extremely frustrating.
