Unable to Cancel BetterMe Subscription – Unauthorized Payments

I have been charged monthly for the BetterMe app through Iyzico, even though I never approved these payments. I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund, but I can't reach anyone from BetterMe or Iyzico. There’s no phone number to contact, and the subscription doesn’t even appear in my account, yet the charges continue. Despite my attempts to cancel, I’m still being charged, and this is extremely frustrating.

I urgently request the immediate cancellation of this subscription and a full refund of all unauthorized charges. Please provide assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.
