For months, the BetterMe app has been trying to withdraw money from my account, even though I never installed or used it. Most attempts fail because I’ve set my card limit to zero, but every month it keeps trying. I’ve used many apps before, but I’ve never encountered anything like this. This experience shows me the importance of only using apps that come with reliable recommendations. I’ve heard similar complaints from others as well. The app doesn't provide any link to cancel subscriptions, and it renews without any notification, automatically trying to charge my account. I’m requesting a resolution to this issue. Despite not using the app, my credit card, which is connected to Iyzico on my phone, is being charged without my consent or knowledge. I want these unauthorized transactions to be stopped immediately and a full refund for all charges that have been taken without my approval.
