Billing Problems with the BetterMe App


I purchased the BetterMe app and made a one-time payment three months ago. As a result, I canceled my subscription. Despite the cancellation, my credit card has been charged significantly more than the agreed amount for the past two months. I removed the app from my Apple device and am no longer using it. I've sent several emails, but have received no response. I'm looking forward to hearing from the people in charge. How can you take money from my credit card using Iyzico for a service I didn't receive? This is not only a frustrating situation, but it is also a breach of trust. I'm stuck with unauthorized charges and no help from the app's developer. The lack of accountability is extremely discouraging.
