BetterMe did not cancel my subscription and continued billing me

Two months ago, I joined Betterme because I was interested in learning more about the app. After that, I stopped using the app, but a month later, they charged my credit card 98 Turkish Liras without my permission. So I went ahead and tried to log in and cancel my membership. To cancel, I did what was required. Logged back into the program after being emailed a link. Using this method, I canceled three or four times. I even wrote an extra letter just to make sure I was canceling for the right reasons. However, I heard nothing back. After a month, my credit card company sent me the same 98 Turkish Liras. A subscription will not be terminated by using the app. The same issue has been raised by numerous users. I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Please cancel my membership and issue a refund.
