I signed up for the BetterMe Dancing app to create a free workout and nutrition program, but without my authorization, the app began charging my card starting in July, totaling ₺350. Despite canceling my subscription, they have continued to withdraw money from my credit card. I even attached proof of my cancellation, yet no action has been taken to address this issue.
When I tried to report my complaint and request a refund, the company failed to provide any resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges. I also urge BetterMe to ensure that such unauthorized transactions are prevented in the future.
