Parimatch Locked My Balance and Blocked All Withdrawals

I have an account with Pari Match in India and on 13–14/05/2026 my account balance and bonus became locked and I have been unable to make any withdrawals since then. At the moment no amount, including my bonus balance, can be withdrawn from my account and every withdrawal attempt simply fails without any clear explanation. I contacted Pari Match support about this issue but so far nothing has been resolved and there has been no effective response, and my withdrawals still do not work. My Pari Match account is registered with the phone number 8871533***. I request that my account be checked urgently and that my balance and bonus be unlocked so that I can withdraw my money without further delay, or that I receive a clear written explanation and a solution.
