I tried the BetterMe app for one month and decided to cancel my subscription afterward. Despite canceling, BetterMe has continued to charge my card without my knowledge or consent. This has put me in a difficult situation, as I thought my subscription was fully canceled and had no intention of continuing the service. I need urgent assistance from the BetterMe team to resolve this issue and stop these unauthorized charges. I am confident that the BetterMe team will help correct this mistake and address my concerns promptly. I’m hoping for a swift response to ensure that I am not further inconvenienced and to prevent any future unauthorized deductions from my account.
