BetterMe Charging My Card After Cancellation. Please Refund Me

I signed up for BetterMe’s trial period 2-3 months ago for ₺179, but I canceled it after realizing the program wasn’t suitable for me. Despite this, the app continues to charge my card monthly.

This is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges. If BetterMe fails to resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate authorities.

Customers should not have to deal with recurring charges after canceling their subscriptions. BetterMe must ensure a transparent and reliable cancellation process. Please address this issue and refund my money without further delay.
