I unknowingly subscribed to BetterMe's trial version for ₺179, and today I realized I’ve been charged an additional ₺700 over the past two months despite canceling my subscription.

I’ve already contacted their support via email and hope to receive a prompt response. However, if this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if necessary, take legal action.

It’s unacceptable for a company to continue charging customers after a cancellation. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and expect BetterMe to review and address their subscription practices to prevent such issues from happening to others.
