BetterMe Charges Unauthorized Payments Despite Cancellation

Approximately three months ago, I decided to give BetterMe a try by signing up for a trial membership. Despite uninstalling the app and canceling the subscription, they have persistently charged my account. I've also reached out to their support via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a resolution yet. Please cancel my membership and process a refund as soon as possible. Why isn't there a dedicated helpline to address these concerns?

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
