BetterMe App Continues Charging After Cancellation

Despite canceling my subscription (which I only used for a trial), the BetterMe app continues trying to charge different amounts at various times. After reading other complaints, I’ve noticed many users are experiencing the same issue.

Why hasn’t this problem been resolved within the app? It’s frustrating that so many people are facing this, and yet no action seems to be taken to fix it.
