Availing a Trial BetterMe Subscription Cost Me Extra Charges

I availed a one-time trial service named "Try" from BetterMe, but without my subscription confirmation, they have been deducting money from my card. I have not been able to find a contact number for requesting a refund and canceling my subscription. Despite sending emails since the day I noticed the issue, I have not received any response. Urgent attention is needed, and I require a prompt resolution, including a refund and cancellation of the membership.
