BetterMe charged ₺252 to my card without my knowledge or consent. The app isn’t even installed on my phone. I urgently request a refund for this unauthorized transaction. Despite multiple emails to customer support, I have received no response. Additionally, there is no contact number available to address this issue, leaving me with no direct point of contact.

This situation is unacceptable. It is frustrating that my account was charged without any approval or prior notification. I demand BetterMe resolves this matter immediately, processes my refund, and ensures no further unauthorized charges occur. Please address this issue promptly, as I feel taken advantage of by this lack of transparency and accountability.
