I recently discovered that BetterMe has been charging my Papara card without my knowledge or consent. I have never signed up for any subscription or created an account with BetterMe, yet unauthorized charges have been made to my account.
The first charge occurred in March 2025 for ₺179, followed by five more charges of ₺350 each month, totaling ₺1,929 withdrawn without my approval.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no active BetterMe subscription visible in my Papara account or app settings. I also tried reaching out to BetterMe’s customer support, but there’s no clear way to contact them—no email, no phone number, nothing.
I demand that:
All unauthorized charges be refunded immediately (₺1,929 total),
My card information be removed from BetterMe’s systems,
And no future withdrawals be allowed.
This is a serious breach of consumer rights. If the issue is not resolved quickly, I will file a formal complaint with Papara, my bank, and consumer protection authorities.
