Every month, ₺115.64 has been withdrawn from my credit card by BetterMe—without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized any recurring payment, never received a notification, and never set up an automatic payment instruction. This has been happening regularly, and I only just realized it by reviewing my statements.

How can a company legally deduct money from someone's account without informing them or getting permission? I never received an email, SMS, or any kind of alert from BetterMe. This is not just unacceptable—it’s unauthorized access to my financial account.

BetterMe, I demand an immediate explanation, the cancellation of this unauthorized subscription, and a full refund of all the charges taken without my consent. If this is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate the matter further.
