On 5 November at 12:00, I rented a Peugeot 2008 SUV from the Enterprise branch in Ulm, Germany. I was generally satisfied with the vehicle and the service, and I even returned the car one day earlier than agreed. Although I returned the vehicle at 12:00, the staff member claimed that they had given me the car at 11:30 and that they would process it as if I had returned it late. I clearly proved that I had received the car at exactly 12:00, and after this, they informed me that a refund would be made. Despite this, the amount was charged to my card in full, and they told me it would be refunded later, but more than three weeks have passed, and no refund has been made. I feel misled, especially since I returned the car one day early, yet it was processed as if it had been returned late. My reservation number is 18Y5N7. In addition, despite repeatedly emailing the address written on the card and officially submitting a complaint through the Enterprise support line, I have not received any response or result. I request that the mistake of treating the car, which I returned one day early, as if it was returned late, be corrected and that the excess amount of approximately 105–110 euros that was unfairly charged to me be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
