Today I made a payment of 301 INR via GPay from India to my 1win account, but the amount has not been credited to my 1win balance. The payment went through on GPay, and I have a transaction reference for this transfer made to the UPI ID sumeshreny**@okhdfcbank, yet nothing has appeared in my 1win account. I request that this 301 INR be credited to my 1win account as soon as possible, or that you at least check the transaction on your side and resolve this issue urgently.
