BetterMe Charged Me Without My Permission After I Deleted the App
I’m seriously frustrated with BetterMe. I downloaded the app out of curiosity, didn’t sign up for anything, and deleted it shortly after without using any of its services. Yet, to my surprise, BetterMe still charged my card even though I had no active subscription and no interaction with the app since uninstalling it.
There was no confirmation email, no subscription listed under my Apple/Google account, and no warning before the charge was made. This is completely unauthorized and feels like a sneaky and unfair charge. I’m requesting an immediate cancellation of whatever phantom subscription you have attached to my account and a full refund of the amount withdrawn.
