Fun88 Deposit Not Credited After ₹1,250 Paytm Payment

I have been using Fun88 for about seven years and recently encountered a serious issue with a deposit that has still not been resolved.

On March 23, 2026, at approximately 5:20 AM, I deposited ₹1,250 into my Fun88 account via Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, and the transaction is marked as completed with UTR number 202491571857, but the funds have not been credited to my Fun88 balance.

After noticing that my balance was not updated, I contacted Fun88 customer support. However, they have only responded by saying they are “checking” and have not provided any clear information, explanation, or solution regarding where my ₹1,250 has gone or when it will be credited.

This situation is very disappointing, especially considering that I have been a loyal user for many years.

I request that my ₹1,250 deposit made on March 23, 2026, at 5:20 AM via Paytm (UTR 202491571857) be credited to my Fun88 account as soon as possible, or that the issue be properly resolved without any further delay.
