I am writing to report a serious issue with my withdrawal on Melbet via Cred Pay. I am using Melbet from India and on 22/03/2026 I requested a withdrawal of ₹20,500 through Cred Pay. The amount was successfully deducted from my Melbet balance and the transaction is shown as successful in the Melbet message, but after more than 48 hours I have still not received the money in my account. I tried to contact Melbet customer support about this missing withdrawal. They only told me to “raise queries”, but that option is not working and I have not received any clear support or solution from them. At the moment, my money is deducted, the transaction shows as successful, but the funds have not reached me. My registered email on Melbet is bidlongjam***@gmail.com. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that my missing ₹20,500 withdrawal either be credited to my account or the amount be returned to my Melbet balance, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
