FamPay ₹1500 Blocked After Payment

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction carried out through my Fampay account balance on 23 March 2026. I am based in Mansa, Punjab, and the money involved in this incident was loaded into my Fampay balance from my personal bank account under my parents’ guidance. On that date, I paid ₹1500 from my Fampay balance to a person for a promised service. After receiving the money, the person did not provide any service and blocked my number, clearly indicating that this was a fraud. I did not receive anything in return for the payment I made. I have not yet been able to inform Fampay customer support directly about this issue. Through this complaint, I request that Fampay urgently review this transaction, identify the recipient account, and treat this case as fraud. I kindly ask Fampay to refund the ₹1500 that I lost in this incident and to take appropriate action against the fraudster’s account, if possible, to prevent similar incidents in the future. I am ready to share any transaction details or proof available in my Fampay app to support the investigation and I request a prompt resolution.
