FamRadar Intro Offer Cannot Cancel
On March 23, 2026, I purchased an “intro offer” from FamRadar through your website. When I tried to cancel this intro offer, I repeatedly encountered a system error on the site and was unable to complete the cancellation process. Because of this error, I contacted your customer support, and I was informed that I should submit my issue here. I am still unable to cancel my order on my own due to the ongoing system problem. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of this intro offer, a full refund of the amount charged for this order, and written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled so I am not charged further due to this technical issue.

On March 28, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $49.99 from Famradar on my Bank of America debit card. I have never created an account, free trial, or subscription with Famradar, and I did not authorize this payment in any way. This situation appears to be fraudulent, and I am extremely concerned that my card details have been used without my consent.
I am requesting an immediate full refund of the $49.99 that was withdrawn from my account and the cancellation of any account, plan, or subscription that may have been created in my name or using my card details, with written confirmation of this cancellation. I am also reporting this transaction to my bank as unauthorized and, if necessary, will escalate this matter to the relevant authorities if it is not resolved promptly.
I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and the unauthorized charge reversed as soon as possible.
