I recently discovered that BetterMe has been charging my card ₺98 monthly since 2023—without my knowledge or active use of their services. I never received any reminders, invoices, or clear notices from them during this time, so I had no idea these charges were happening in the background.

As soon as I noticed the recurring withdrawals, I immediately canceled the subscription, but the damage was already done. In total, they have withdrawn nearly ₺2500 from my account for a service I have never used or benefited from even once.

This is unacceptable. There should be more transparency and consent required for ongoing payments like this. I demand that BetterMe refunds the full amount deducted from my card. Charging someone monthly without their awareness, especially when no service was used, is unethical and should not go unaddressed.
