About four or five months ago, I accidentally signed up for the Dubai Plates app, but I never used my membership. I tried to cancel it through the app, but I wasn’t successful. Even after attempting to cancel, the app continued to withdraw money from my card every month.
A total of $25 was charged three times (each $8) to my Ziraat Bank credit card. These charges are clearly visible on my card statement. Since I never used the service and the charges continued despite my cancellation attempts, I’ve been unfairly charged.
I request that my Dubai Plates membership be fully canceled and that all amounts withdrawn from my account so far be refunded in full.
