Betnano Paid Only 3x Winnings Despite Reaching 20x With Bonus

Betnano granted me a "luck bonus," stating that I could withdraw up to 3x the bonus amount. I managed to increase the bonus amount to 20x through gameplay, but they only allowed me to withdraw 3x of it. When I asked my representative why this policy existed, they claimed it was explained beforehand. However, a bonus capped at 3x winnings seems absurd and unfair for regular players.

I invest significant amounts daily, depositing and withdrawing thousands of ₺, yet this restrictive bonus policy feels like a betrayal. If Betnano wants loyal players, they should offer fair terms and not limit payouts in such a restrictive manner. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
