Betcio Account Balance Suddenly Dropped To Zero Due To Unauthorized Bets

On November 9, 2025, my Betcio account balance of ₺14,000 suddenly dropped to zero. When I checked my account history, I discovered several betting transactions that were not made by me, which caused my balance to disappear. I have no connection to these transactions, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. Even though I had recently changed my password, this problem is clearly caused by the site itself. I contacted Betcio customer service about the issue, but they simply said, “We are not responsible,” and provided no assistance or solution. Furthermore, I received no response to my withdrawal request. I request a full refund of my balance and a detailed investigation of my account.
