Betandyou Withdrawal Stuck in “Pending” for 3 Days

Three days ago, I requested a ₺3,000 withdrawal from my Betandyou account via bank transfer. However, my transaction has remained in “pending” status ever since, with no sign of progress or payment.

During this time, I contacted customer support multiple times, but each time they only told me to “wait” and offered no real explanation or solution. My account is fully verified, and no additional documents or ID checks have been requested.

I’m requesting that my withdrawal be processed immediately, that I receive a clear explanation for the delay, and that the ₺3,000 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
