I recently purchased the 24-count Play-Doh colored pencil set from the Toys Shop Filli store. However, as soon as we opened the box and began using the pencils, almost every pencil broke continuously each time it was sharpened. The cores seem almost rotten, the tips snap off immediately, and it’s impossible to color properly.
Even though the product is brand new, its poor condition has caused a serious inconvenience, and we are unable to use the set that I purchased for a child. For this reason, I request that this defective set be replaced and that a new, problem-free 24-count colored pencil set be sent to me.
