Max Charged My Card Without Permission
As part of my Hepsiburada Premium membership, it was stated that I could use the Max platform for free. Using the code provided by Hepsiburada, I accessed Max through the ad-supported plan and used the service for about eight months. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement yesterday, I discovered that Max had been charging my card $6 per month since 01/18/2025. A total of $47 has been billed over eight months.
I contacted Hepsiburada customer service, and they assisted me on their end. However, I was unable to reach Max customer support, and my issue remains unresolved. I have canceled my memberships on both Hepsiburada Premium and Max. The last four digits of the credit card that was charged are 3409.
I request a full refund of the $47 charged by Max for a service that was supposed to be free. I expect an urgent resolution.
