Play-Doh Hot Wheels Bleeding Color and Smelling Bad

We purchased a Play-Doh brand Hot Wheels boxed 4-pack play dough set from Migros for our children. We bought the product two days ago, and when we opened it the next day to use it, we encountered a serious problem. The dough leaves intense dye on our hands and on every surface it touches, and it sticks everywhere. It also has a very strange and unpleasant smell, almost as if it has gone bad.
For a long-established brand trusted by schools and parents, the product being in such a condition is truly a disappointment. We believe it may even pose a health risk, and it is certainly neither hygienic nor reassuring. Unfortunately, its heavily discounted price now makes sense given the condition of the product.
We have not yet contacted Migros or Play-Doh/Hot Wheels customer service, but we request that this product be inspected, necessary quality checks be carried out, and that we be informed of the findings so our grievance can be resolved. We also ask that other products from the same batch be examined and that any spoiled or non-standard items be removed from store shelves. Additionally, we expect appropriate compensation directly from the manufacturer. We hope this complaint is taken seriously so that the necessary precautions are implemented, preventing risks to other children’s health and allowing families to purchase these products with confidence.
