I Can’t Access My Bitcoin in Best Wallet and Get No Support Response
I urgently need help recovering access to the Bitcoin in my Best Wallet account. I currently have around $30,000 worth of BTC, but it’s completely inaccessible through the app. No matter how many times I try to log in or refresh, my Bitcoin balance doesn’t show up. I haven’t made any transfers, and there’s been no indication that the funds were moved or lost—but I simply can’t see them in the wallet.
What’s worse, I have not been able to reach a single customer representative from Best Wallet. There is no visible contact option or in-app support, which makes the situation even more stressful. I have time-sensitive payments waiting, and I’ve been left with nothing—literally ₺0 to use—while my funds remain locked away.
This has created a huge disruption in my life, and I need answers immediately. Best Wallet must provide urgent support and restore access to my Bitcoin without delay. I expect a direct response and resolution now.
