I transferred coins from my BTC Türk account to Best Wallet, but they still haven’t appeared in my wallet balance. The transaction shows as completed on BTC Türk’s end, yet there’s no sign of the funds on Best Wallet. This is extremely concerning, and I haven’t been able to reach a single support representative to get help.
There’s no live assistance, no clear contact channel, and no one taking responsibility. For a platform that claims to be reliable, this is completely unacceptable. I expected a smooth transaction, but instead, I’m left chasing down my own money with no answers.
I’ve lost time and confidence—and potentially my funds. This is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious breach of trust. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately and my coins are not credited to my wallet, I will be forced to pursue legal action.
Best Wallet must take this seriously and provide a resolution now. I demand that my missing funds be located and credited without further delay. No user should have to deal with this level of negligence when it comes to their money.
