I have been using the Best Wallet multi-chain wallet in the USA, and for the last four months I have been unable to move, withdraw, or sell any of the funds in my wallet. My tokens are effectively locked, and I have no control over my own assets through the wallet. During this period I have contacted Best Wallet support several times and opened several tickets. Each time, I was told that nothing could be done at the moment and that it would “take time,” but no concrete solution, timeline, or clear explanation has been provided. The problem still continues and my tokens remain inaccessible. I request that my tokens be released as soon as possible so that I can freely withdraw, move, or sell my assets. I also expect a clear written explanation of why this restriction occurred and how Best Wallet will ensure that similar issues do not happen again.
