I Can’t Access My Funds in Best Wallet After It Disappeared from Apple Store
I’m seriously frustrated right now. Best Wallet has completely vanished from the Apple Store, and I can no longer access my account. I have money still inside the app, and there’s no way for me to log in or recover it. Every time I try, it says the app is restricted in my region.
There’s no clear explanation, no warning, and absolutely no support available. I’m left in the dark with my funds locked away in a wallet I can’t even open. Is this how you treat users who trust your platform with their assets?
If anyone else is facing this same issue, please speak up—because I can’t be the only one. And to the Best Wallet team: you need to provide immediate support and a solution. Tell us how to retrieve our money or restore access, because this is unacceptable. A wallet should never become inaccessible with users’ money still inside.
