I just opened a new account with Best Wallet and wanted to use it to receive and manage some newly launched tokens. But from the very start, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The token I was expecting to receive doesn’t show up in my wallet. I tried to withdraw my funds instead—but that doesn’t work either.
Every time I attempt a transaction, I get a gas fee error—even though I added the last of my funds to cover this exact purpose. The wallet keeps telling me there’s “insufficient gas,” but won’t allow me to swap or convert anything to ETH to solve the problem. I’m stuck. I can’t send, I can’t swap, I can’t do anything.
This is beyond stressful. I’m at my limit here. I put my trust—and my last bit of money—into this wallet, and now I can’t even access or move my own funds. There’s no clear support, no one to talk to, and absolutely no solution offered.
Best Wallet, I’m urgently asking for real help. Let me access my tokens, let me withdraw my funds, and let me swap what I need to cover gas fees. Fix this now—people are trusting you with their assets, and right now you’re failing that trust completely.
