placed an order for a Bershka jacket through Trendyol, but neither the jacket has arrived nor any action has been taken. We trust Trendyol for our orders. The product, which was supposed to be delivered today, hasn't even been dispatched yet. When I contacted Trendyol, they mentioned that if the product is not delivered on the day it should be, they would contact Bershka. However, today, when I called, I learned that there hasn't been any attempt to communicate yet. They say, "We have a legal right for 30 days," but then why did you specify a delivery date? We trust and shop through Trendyol, but unfortunately, there's no one addressing our concerns. I urgently request the resolution of this issue.
