On December 1, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol for a Bershka sheer shiny mini dress. My order number is 10748061484. Even after 16 days, the product has still not been shipped, and the system keeps showing vague and delaying messages like “will be shipped as soon as possible.”
I specifically purchased this dress for my daughter’s school Christmas dinner and celebration on the evening of December 20. With the date approaching so closely and the item still not even shipped, I am now in a seriously difficult situation. At this point, I do not want a cancellation or refund, because I no longer have the time or opportunity to find and purchase another dress.
I contacted live support through the app at least four times. Each time, they only said they had taken a note and that the product would be shipped as soon as possible, then ended the conversation. They also stated that they cannot contact the seller, yet they continue to sell products from a seller they claim they cannot reach.
I demand that the dress I ordered be shipped immediately and delivered to me before the December 20 event, and that I be provided with a clear and concrete explanation regarding the inconvenience and delay I have experienced.
