Bershka Customer Service Unreachable as $47 Order Remains Undelivered
On November 29, I ordered two Bershka products through Trendyol under order number 10741766568. Even though nearly one month has passed, the items have still not been delivered to me. In fact, the order is still marked as “preparing” and has not even been shipped.
I’m also unable to cancel the order through the system, which means I can’t receive a refund either. I tried to reach Trendyol customer service, but I was unable to connect at all—there is simply no way to reach anyone. For a company as large as Trendyol to manage a process this poorly and leave customers this disadvantaged is completely unacceptable. The fact that there has been no progress for almost a month on an order I paid $47 for has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I demand that my order be shipped immediately and delivered as soon as possible, or, if I prefer, that the order be canceled and the full $47 I paid be refunded. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will file a complaint directly with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
