Bepanthol Sensidaily Cream Caused Red Bumps and Severe Skin Irritation

On May 19, 2026, I purchased “Bepanthol Sensidaily Daily Intensive Moisturizing Body Care Cream 400 ml, Pack of 6, With a Free 10 g Travel-Size Product” through Hepsiburada from a store where Bepanthol was listed as the seller. Before opening any of the full-size products, I tried the complimentary 10 g travel-size cream included in the package. Shortly after applying it, red bumps appeared on my body, and I experienced severe skin irritation. I had previously purchased and used the same product from a pharmacy without any problems. Experiencing this reaction with the product I received through Hepsiburada made me seriously concerned about both my health and the product’s safety and authenticity.

Because of this incident, I submitted a return request for the product on June 2. However, my request was denied on June 5, and the products were shipped back to me. I had used this product without any issues in the past, but this time, a product that appeared to have the same name and ingredients caused an allergic reaction. Despite this health issue, my return and refund request was rejected, leaving me unfairly inconvenienced.

Considering the health problem and inconvenience I experienced, I am requesting a full refund for the entire order and a proper investigation of the products. I had packaged the products securely and carefully to ensure they would remain undamaged, but they were also damaged during return shipping.
