On January 10, 2024, I purchased the Bepanthol Derma Moisturizing & Nourishing SPF 25 Daily Face Cream from a pharmacy. For the first three days, everything was fine as I applied it once in the morning and once during the day. However, on the fourth day, I started feeling a slight burning and dryness. By the fifth day, I woke up with a burning sensation and dryness on my face. The cream caused irritation and blisters on my skin.
As I continued to use the cream, the burning sensation increased, and it failed to moisturize my skin, especially drying out the areas around my nose. I immediately stopped using it, washed my face, and switched to Bioderma Sebium Hydra. By the evening, my symptoms started to ease, and by the next day, they had significantly reduced, disappearing completely the following day.
I never expected such a reaction from a Bepanthol product. I will never use it again. I request the company to contact me regarding this issue.
