Bepanthol Sensiderm Caused Rash on Baby’s Skin

I took my baby to the hospital because of red bumps on the face, and the doctor prescribed Bepanthol Sensiderm anti-itch cream. After using the cream, the symptoms on my baby’s face became even worse. When I tested it on the arm, similar bumps appeared there as well. This issue began about ten days ago, and when I tried the cream again today, the reaction intensified.
I purchased the product from F*** Pharmacy in Van İpekyolu**. The packaging was sealed, and the expiration date was valid. However, I do not accept that a cream like this could cause allergic reactions in babies without any warning or information provided on the product. I will not allow others to experience the same issue.
On Monday, I will go to the pharmacy to obtain any additional invoice if available, and I will share before-and-after photos of my baby’s face. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue legal action. I expect an explanation and responsibility from the company regarding the reaction and the distress we experienced.
