My Beko Air Conditioner Stopped Cooling Within a Year
I purchased a Beko air conditioner less than a year ago, and now that I need it during the summer heat, it’s not cooling at all. Despite informing the authorized service about the issue, it took them over a week to come and inspect it. They determined that there was a faulty part but said it would take a long time to arrive, especially with the upcoming holiday. No further action has been taken since then.
Living in Mersin, a hot climate, I challenge the company representative to try living without an air conditioner. Additionally, I want to highlight the rude behavior of the lady answering calls at the Mersin Yenişehir Beko authorized service center. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers and was disrespectful, especially when I inquired about the possibility of an earlier appointment.
I’m disappointed that my unit developed a part failure within a year and that a reputable brand like Beko is unable to supply the necessary parts. It seems they don’t care about the warranty or customer satisfaction. I will never buy from Beko again and cannot recommend them. All you get is disrespect and unresolved issues.
The headquarters responded, but no results were obtained. May God deal with your company as it deserves.
