I Regret Buying Beko AC7030 Air Cooler

I’m completely dissatisfied with the Beko AC7030 air cooler I purchased today. I used it for just 3–4 hours, but instead of cooling the room, it significantly increased the heat and humidity, making it uncomfortable to stay inside and forcing me to open the doors. When I called customer service, they said they couldn’t accept a return, claiming that air coolers and similar products are non-refundable. They insisted a technician must first inspect the device. While researching the issue, I also saw many similar complaints about this product. All my household appliances are from Beko, but this experience has completely turned me away from the brand. I will share my experience across multiple platforms as part of my duty to inform others.
