Faulty Beko Refrigerator and Inadequate Service
I purchased a gray XXL refrigerator from Beko Maltepe dealer on October 1, 2022. Within less than a year, it broke down a total of 4 times. The latest incident resulted in discarding all the items inside the fridge. Despite Beko claiming to have an extensive service network, the Kocaeli Darıca service center has consistently taken a minimum of 3 days to provide assistance, causing significant distress. Despite the service technician's request for a replacement, no action has been taken, and their remark that "normally there should be a replacement" adds to our ongoing ordeal. The only reason all the appliances in my home are Beko is due to Mr. Ali Koç's position as the president of Fenerbahçe. We are deeply dissatisfied and aggrieved with this purchase, which we made in appreciation of the exceptional support provided by the Koç Group to our team. We hope that our concerns will be addressed promptly.
