I contacted customer service for my Beko air conditioner's malfunction, and they transferred me to the Bodrum service center. The technicians who arrived before the holiday informed me that they would need to order a part, and it might arrive after the holiday. I agreed, and on July 5th, 2023, the part arrived and was replaced. However, the next day, it started leaking water again. I called the service center once more, and a week later, on July 11th, the Turgutreis service center arrived and identified that the unit was broken underneath. I explained the whole story again (as I mentioned above). They acknowledged that the part might have been damaged during installation and stated that since the Bodrum service center had performed the replacement, they would need to come back for further repairs. I agreed and they said they would open a service request for me. Thanking them, I thought the issue would finally be resolved. However, on July 15th, a service request was opened, and most likely on July 15th, they will say the part is broken and we need to reorder, postponing the resolution for another week. So, essentially, I won't be able to use the air conditioner in July at all. Today, a technician from the service center called and asked which air conditioner was leaking. I asked if he was at my home, but he clarified that he was somewhere else and mentioned that he had replaced the part last week. I told him that the unit he previously replaced was still leaking. He responded, "Oh, okay." He said he couldn't come today and would open a new service request for me. I received a message confirming this. It's Wednesday, July 19th, and I'm speechless. I'm done. I will never use Arçelik Beko air conditioners again. By the way, just a month ago, I paid 40,000 TL to replace the outdoor unit. I regret it. I wish I had replaced the entire system with a different brand. This is probably how it will end.
