TikTok Recovery Request for U.S. Account With Lost Email
I have been unable to access the original email linked to my TikTok account on Android since 2023. Because I no longer have access to that email address and I have also lost the old phone, I am currently locked out of important account settings. I contacted TikTok support and was told to try logging in with my old phone, but this is not possible because I no longer have that device. As a result, I cannot update my contact details or properly secure my account. I have important videos on this account that I want to protect and continue using, and my account is registered in the United States region. I kindly request that my email address for this TikTok account be changed through an alternative verification method, since I cannot access the old email or the old phone, so that I can securely regain full control of my account.
