BC.Game Withdrawal Marked “Success” but Money Never Reached My Bank

On January 31, 2026, at 4:40:42 PM, I submitted a bank withdrawal request from my BC.Game account (Game ID: 32398173) for ₹3,356 to my bank account in India.
The withdrawal details are as follows:

Although the transaction status shows as “Success” on BC.Game’s side, I have not received the funds in my bank account for 24 days.
I contacted BC.Game support, and they repeatedly stated that the withdrawal was successful. However, I have not received the money, nor have I been given any clear explanation. For the past 24 days, they have provided no update, resolution, or proof of transfer. My bank has confirmed that this amount was not received, and the funds are effectively missing.
I request that BC.Game urgently investigate this withdrawal and either:
Credit the ₹3,356 (minus the ₹110 fee, if applicable) to my bank account immediately, or
Return the full amount to my BC.Game balance.
Additionally, I demand a clear and detailed explanation of what happened with this transaction.
