Thank you, Beko.

My experience with the RS8034 HM Beko robot vacuum, which I purchased last year, has been up and down. The first two months were uneventful, but then everything went downhill. The vacuum stopped saving maps, lost track of its charging unit, and appeared to have forgotten what it was supposed to clean. I contacted the Mersin-Tarsus Beko authorized dealer for service, only to be met with silence for two months. Despite notifying the store where I purchased the Beko vacuum, no response has been received. What is their solution? Bring the robot vacuum to their repair shop. They even provided an alternate contact, but the service phone is broken. Enough is enough. I'm speaking directly to Beko: Don't sell products you can't stand behind. I demand a resolution to the problem or a replacement with a new unit before the warranty expires.
