My Robot Vacuum Cleaner Was Damaged by Beko Authorized Service
I bought a Beko robot vacuum in February 2023, but by August, it had developed a flaw that prevented it from mopping. I submitted a service request to the authorized service center. We discovered damage to the dustbin while it was in their care. They approved a replacement after receiving a complaint from Beko's headquarters and providing videos and photos of the product. The replacement, on the other hand, came with a broken dustbin and was missing all accessories, including the mop cloth and spare brushes. I'm very disappointed with Beko's authorized Beşevler service in Bursa. They not only denied my request for a replacement, but they also denied causing the damage.

I'm saying never Beko again, the vacuum cleaner was delivered but the brush attachments were missing, and on top of that, I'm being blamed. I spoke on the phone with Mr. Yılmaz, the owner of the Beşevler authorized service center, and he just said, "It can happen, it's human nature." Such actions are not fitting for a brand like Beko; your authorized services are very bad. Let this be a lesson to everyone.
